Dedert Corporation, an Olympia Fields, IL-based supplier of custom-engineered evaporation, solvent recovery and liquid/solid separation systems, has acquired Drytec Ltd. and Drytec Contract Processing Ltd., both of Tonbridge, U.K., Drytec North America LLC, formerly located in Burlington, NJ, and Drytec Processing LLC, a Michigan company. Drytec Ltd., founded in 1981, is a manufacturer of specialty drying equipment. Drytec Contract Processing Ltd. is a toll drying operation. Both manufacturing and drying operations have specialized in a number of fields, including inorganics, pigments and organic chemicals.
